Tammy Slaton is defending “1000-Lb Siblings” after a critic called her “fake,” but not without showing off her surprisingly trim body.
The reality television star chose to record a video response to the allegations, changing the accusations to calling the trolls fake with some evidence and innuendo. And as you might expect, she got a good reaction when she posted the clip on one of her social media pages.

Tammy was the picture of calm and composed as she surprisingly slid into her car to film a video of her tackling internet trolls. As it turns out, an individual with the display name, group Joy, left one of the “1000-Lb Sisters” star’s latest posts with the words, “The show is staged. 100% fake.
He began his reply by saying, “I’m really sorry you feel that way. I honestly thought the shoe was on the other foot. Meaning, I think you’re fake.” Continuing, he declared that while he wasn’t “trying to be rude,” he couldn’t help but notice a few things that made the original poster fake. In the words of the reality star:
“At least I’m using my face, my voice, and my picture, and my name and all that. You hide behind a fake name and a fake picture, and I get called out for being fake? Okay bruh, I’m fake. Have a wonderful day.”
As well as stunning in what appears to be a winter outfit, Tammy made sure she flashed a smile at the end of the TikTok recording. The clip received enough attention from viewers and fans who gave happy and positive comments.

“Girl you look amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” said one, while another wrote, “I’m so proud of you for coming this far,” and a third encouraged, “Don’t listen to the haters baby. . You are doing great.”
Meanwhile, one fan was more focused on praising the widow for achieving great success in vehicle assembly. They wrote, “omg you fit in the car. I’m so happy for you.”
Tammy received similar praise when she shared a video in which she wore a black long-sleeved top, black and white leggings and matching Crocs. While the clip begins with a close-up of his face, the 37-year-old then moves the phone further and places it on a surface in front of him.

Earlier this month, The Blast reported on Tammy’s dating profile on Facebook Dating, where she indicated her interest in “chatting, friendship or a long-term relationship.” Her husband, Caleb, died tragically that summer at the age of 40. They had met and married at a rehabilitation and weight loss clinic in Ohio.
At the time of her death, they were estranged, with insiders suggesting she had moved on from their relationship as early as last May. Now, Tammy is looking for love again, with her dating profile identifying her as a YouTube personality and mentioning that she’s an “occasional” smoker.
Although his dating profile doesn’t specify male or female partner preferences, it was previously revealed that the 37-year-old is open to relationships with both sexes. In August, a source close to him revealed his pansexuality and his desire to date a woman.
