Slaton took to TikTok to set the record straight after fans asked if she was transgender. “No, I’m not trans. I’m just a supporter of everyone,” he said. Then delving into the topic of her sexuality, the TLC reality star, looking dapper in a plaid dress, revealed:

The 37-year-old lost her husband of a year, Caleb Willingham, in July 2023. The couple met during a 14-month stint at a rehab center in Ohio while she sought treatment to qualify for weight-loss surgery.
Slaton added that he believes “love is love” and that “everyone deserves love” before declaring himself to be “just a lover.” The “1000-LB Sisters” star’s message came after she uploaded a steamy video of herself lying in bed.
The television personality, who underwent a dramatic transformation after losing weight, makes a seductive face in the seven-second clip, with Eric Bellinger’s “Or Nah” playing in the background.
Slaton’s declaration of her sexuality comes three months after fans hinted that she was looking for love following the death of her husband. In October, news broke that the TLC star signed up for the Facebook Dating site in hopes of finding a new “long-term partner.”
Her bio includes recent photos from her impressive weight loss journey, with her height listed as 5’3 and her job as a YouTuber. Slaton also admitted that he was an occasional smoker. As for what she hopes to gain by joining the dating site, the Kentucky native wrote she’s looking for “conversation, friendship, or a long-term relationship.”
In August, a month after Willingham’s death, a source close to the reality star revealed that he was quite open to being romantically involved with a woman. The informant, who described Slaton as “in a bad b—- era,” claimed, “Tammy is pansexual, and she’s looking to date a woman right now.”
At the time, the insider stated that he “has talked to a few people” but nothing “serious” has started. As for what prompted his desire for a female partner, the source claims Slaton’s remarkable weight loss played a major role.

Holding back tears, the grieving widow said, “I hate going here and letting everyone see me like this. I am in a state of sadness. Yes, we had problems, but I loved the man and I still do.”
Slaton said he would not share any details about Willingham’s departure because it was “very personal” for him. “No offense, but it’s really personal. I miss him a lot, but I want to thank everyone for — I’m sorry — thank everyone for their comments,” he explained.
