Traffic is alternating in the eastbound direction while the westbound direction is closed.

Officials said early morning fog caused delays in two-way operations due to fog and limited visibility.

MDTA officials said the westbound lanes of the Bay Bridge remained closed until noon as a result of the collision. Tow operators are actively working to clear the vehicle from the scene.
