EAST LANSDOWNE, PA — Two police officers were injured Wednesday in a shooting from a house in suburban Philadelphia that later caught fire, authorities said.
Emergency officials in Delaware County say officers were called to a home in East Lansdowne on reports that a child had been injured by gunshots.
Officers were immediately attacked, and two were injured, officials said. Both were reportedly taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital. There is no immediate word on their terms.
