Four Oklahoma State University frat members have been arrested for leaving branded longhorns dead outside a rival fraternity.
Bennett Fady, Luke Ackerley, Brody Shelby and Andrew King — members of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity — were all charged with misdemeanors for illegal dumping on Wednesday.
They have been accused of dumping a dead longhorn December 1 outside the Fraternity Farmhouse, with the words: “F–k FH’ written next to the animal, and its stomach cut open.
The gruesome act appears to be part of a prank war between the two frats, court documents reveal, according to News on 6.
Surveillance footage allegedly shows three of the men tie a rope around a porch post before a fourth drives the truck away, pulling the animal out of the bed.
However, after gaining access to the video through a warrant, police said a large portion of the footage was missing from around the time of the incident, according to the report.

The boys obtained the dead animal from a family member of another Alpha Gamma Rho member, and borrowed someone’s truck to transport the longhorn, investigators said. The owner of the vehicle reportedly did not know what the college student was planning, according to News on 6.
OSU said at the time it was “appalled by the disturbing display of animal cruelty.”
Farmhouse Fraternity issued a statement after finding the animal, saying it was “disgusted and shocked” to find the dead animal and insisting no members were involved.

The animal dumping took place just before the Big 12 football championship against the Texas Longhorns. Fraternity members told Stillwater Police they believe it was thrown by their rival as part of an ongoing prank war, according to WFAA.
A necropsy found the cow had been dead about 36 hours before it was found, and had died of natural causes before reaching the boy’s hands, police said.
The suspect was booked into the Payne County Jail.
