“I want to thank everyone who contacted me and my son during this terrible time,” he said before explaining why people couldn’t contact him. “I apologize if I didn’t answer calls, especially yesterday, but I lost my phone in a fire.”
The actor revealed he had used a spare phone after the incident; unfortunately, the device crashes due to lack of memory. He pleaded with those who could not communicate with him to understand his situation, writing:
“So, if you tried to contact me yesterday, I’m sorry. This is the most terrible thing that has ever happened to me, at least with my parents; I knew it was coming.”
