21-year-old fitness model Ashley Russell is the fifth woman to come forward with alleged inappropriate messages from Adam Levine.

Russell runs an Instagram fitness account where he regularly posts videos of himself working out. This is how the Maroon5 singer found out about himself. Even though his account had under 5000 followers, Levine was able to find him and hit him up.
Russell spoke to DailyMail where he details how the temptation began and to what extent. “I would check every time I posted a story, which was every day, and it was always seen by him,” she claimed.
He stated that “almost every day at night around 10 p.m.,” is when the singer would engage with his profile. Russell was 20 years old when the fling took place.
“He prefers booty stories and will always respond with something to do with legs or a booty day at the gym.”

Adam Levine Caught With Screenshots, Again

The fitness model backed up her claims with screenshots of her DMs and Instagram Stories that Levine commented on. The first thing he texted her was, “‘Leg day. The most important and the easiest to skip.” Levine takes great care of his physique.
The conversation got a little creepy when Levine had to slip in that all-important age confirmation, “You’re in college, right?,” once he confirmed he was 20, he went on and complimented his legs a few more times.
The college student covered his own back with insistence DailyMail that he believed his behavior was “strange” but wanted to continue the conversation to see how far the father of nearly 3 would take things with him.

Russell claimed he was curious about the same and asked the singer point blank. “He said he found me from the Discover Page on Instagram because he’s ‘big into fitness’ and I have a fitness account. I know it’s weird so I want to keep going to see if it gets worse.”
He went on to say that when Levine could sense he didn’t want to pursue anything sexually, he backed off and then disappeared completely. “When I told him he would get caught DMing girls like me, he stopped messaging me.”
Although Levine doesn’t send direct messages to the fitness model, he still keeps an eye on her by watching her Instagram Stories.

“I think this is the true meaning of disrespecting a woman,” she told the DailyMail. “It makes me so sad that he’s married and doing this immature thing.” He also goes on to say the most GenX thing possible, “I wonder what he is [feed] look like… all young women? Very strange to me.”
Russell has joined a growing list of women who have come forward with allegations that the singer has spoken to them inappropriately online. Most of them are Instagram models or fitness models.
Levine has already issued a statement admitting his guilt and also made a public appearance with his pregnant model wife. But that hasn’t stopped any of these women from coming forward.
Hopefully, the list ends at five.
