All eyes (eyebrows) are on Jenner, 25, and Gomez, 30, after TikTok controllers speculated there might be tension between the Kylie Cosmetics CEO and the “Only Murders In The Building” star. As if the story no longer has a “Mean Girls”-inspired aura, Gomez’s alleged ‘rival’, Hailey Bieber, is involved!
Both Bieber and Gomez have repeatedly squashed reports of bad blood between the two; for those who might need a refresher, Gomez and Bieber’s current husband, Justin, had one of pop culture’s most famous on-and-off romances of the past decade.
Last year the two practically broke the internet when they were photographed at a party together!

Jenner caused a stir on social media earlier this week when she posted a selfie to her Instagram story, declaring that her enhanced eyebrows were an accident.
Social media operatives learned of a possible connection between two of Gomez’s recent TikToks where she used an eyebrow filter; in one, he sends love to his ‘girl crush’ and one time alleged rival, (both dated The Weeknd at different times in time), Bella Hadid.
Gomez wrote “I wish I was as beautiful as Bella Hadid” in a video where she also channeled her inner Hadid by lip-syncing to the audio of Hadid introducing herself.
In the second video, Gomez says, “Instead, it’s me,” before mimicking Hadid. “My name… is Selena Gomez,” she said, before lamenting how she “doesn’t look sexy.”

Social media was soon taken over by fan chatter about the alleged connection; one TikToker speculated that Jenner might have gone for Gomez because the two were neck and neck for being the most followed female celebrity on the platform. (Gomez has surpassed Jenner at the time of this writing).
Fans also discussed the allegations on Twitter, with Gomez becoming a trending topic yesterday afternoon.
“I’m starting to like kylie, but shade these days isn’t it,” tweeted one fan, according to our report on the situation.
Other fans said Jenner’s story could be inspired by her new mascara.

TikToker, @devotedly.yours, has girls in their comments section, so they’re making a TikTok follow up on Jenner and Gomez’s statement.
“Kylie Jenner responded to my video,” they began, “so obviously she wanted to be heard, so I’m posting her comment for you all to see.” Later in the video, they added, “Whether he’s honest or not, I can’t tell you, I don’t know. I may not be a ‘Selenator,’ you know, like a big Selena fan, but I love ‘Wizards of Waverly Place,’ and I’ve always felt very protective of her since the kidney [transplant] and I’m more protective since I saw the documentary, so you know, I’m just… I’m like, a big protective sister. I’ll say something if it smells fishy,” they continued.
