Aaron Carter believes he has the next big court case on his hands, comparing his relationship with Melanie Martin and subsequent break-up, to the toxic trials of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard.

According to reports, the singer believes she is in a unique position to return to the spotlight and not on purpose. He claims his ex-girlfriend and baby mama Melanie Martin is so hurtful, that he plans to take her to court. At this point, she said she was preparing to sue him for defamation.
“Unfortunately, it looks like it’s going to turn into Johnny Depp, Amber Heard 2.0,” he said seriously, crossing his arms. “I, unfortunately, have to secure Melanie Martin for defamation of character,” he continued to admit.
Now, she believes that since her ex made claims earlier this year that she broke his ribs, which she denies, her career has been affected. In fact, he said, the case could be as monumental as Depp and listen to the turmoil.

Now that the power attorney has made a name for himself by removing Depp on allegations that lead to serious charges, he’s in demand. Carter is ready to keep it.
He made a public appeal on Sunday to lawyers who indicated that he had “done well” but needed legal help with the drama he was going through. In addition to defamation allegations, Carter also accused Martin of stealing luxury items from his home.
During this time, Carter claimed that Martin refused to leave and went a step further by trying to get a rise out of him in the hope that things would get worse.

“There was a lot of chaos and going back and forth”, he said on the windy street. “I’ve got it under control and I’m doing everything I need to do.” He admitted that the one thing that helped him get through the drama was music.
“I’m focusing on my music, which I love, it’s my passion, and really just taking care of my aftercare” Carter recently left rehab after a very short stay. He now insists that his recovery is outpatient and he is working his way through.
“I’m not in rehab, I’m in an outpatient program that only has meetings. So, it was an NA meeting and an AA meeting.” Carter insisted he didn’t abuse any drugs or alcohol he did this for a reason.
“Just so the judge can see I’m taking care of my own aftercare and I’m almost five years clean.” He admits he has a lot of triggers around him so while the aftercare is for the judge he gets a lot out of it.

“He tried to provoke me to react,” Carter claimed. She insisted she always tried to avoid arguments but Martin kept breaking into her house through the back window and other places.
He’s done and thinks he “deserves better” because he’s a “traditional, southern baptist”. Her 9-month-old son is now with Martin’s mother, after the former couple battled over custody issues.
Carter is so desperate, he continues to ask for the help of a lawyer on camera.
“I’m just going to put this out there, Camille if you hear this message, please help me. Call me and find a way to reach me in person, I want to talk to you.” He continued to plead, “I know you can help me with this because I have the facts, it’s a win-win,” he claimed.
