In the wake of Aaron Carter’s shocking death, those in his inner circle aired a number of grievances.
Aaron’s longtime friend, Gary Madatyan, expressed how much he wished Nick Carter would “do a little more” for his brother.
In the same breath, Madatyan also revealed that his friend has an “obsession” with the Backstreet Boys singer.

Madatyan said Aaron often talked about mending his relationship with Nick, and claimed his late friend talked about it until his death on November 5.

“I hope he is [Nick] can do a little more as a blood relative to Harun,” said Madatyan Page Six. “I don’t judge him. I don’t say bad because I respect him. He is a talented artist. I like him, but Aaron has an obsession with his brother.

Aaron’s friend continued, “Mentally ill people think differently. He … pushes, pokes for that attention. Aaron did things he shouldn’t have done to his brother, but we’re talking about mental health. He screamed for help.”
Their long-distance relationship is well-known and Nick acknowledged it in his social media tribute to Aaron.
“My heart is broken. Even though my brother and I have had a complicated relationship, my love for him has never faded. I always hold on to the hope that he will somehow, one day walk the healthy path and finally find the help he so desperately needs ,” Nick wrote. “Sometimes we want to blame someone or something for a loss, but the truth is that addiction and mental illness are the real villains here. Nick & Aaron Are On The Way To Make Amendments
A representative for Aaron said that he and Nick were in a “good place” before his death.
“[Aaron] was on the road to reconciliation with so many people in her life, and she has reconciled and reconciled with Nick,” a representative for the late pop star told HollywoodLife said on Monday.
Aaron’s work towards making amends with Nick is unwavering according to his rep.

Canister of Compressed Air & Prescription Pills Found Near Aaron’s Body

Report from TMZ said police found several cans of compressed air in Carter’s bathroom and bedroom, and they found prescription pills at the scene of his death.
It’s still unclear if the huffing had a part in his drowning, but it’s a key clue in the case.
Aaron has a history of squealing in compressed air cans.
In September, TMZ reported that fans were worried for Carter after he was seen snorting on Instagram Live.
During the Live Stream, Carter’s screen went black and fans believed they could hear “sprays and inhales going on in the background.”
Police and fire responded to his home in Lancaster, CA.
Sources told the outlet that they tried to contact Aaron and knocked on his door but were unsuccessful at first, but eventually reached him. Aaron told the officer he was sleeping.
Police did not find any drugs or criminal activity in his home at the time.
