Abhidnya Bhave got married to Varun Vaitikar in 2014. Varun is an airline pilot, working with Jet Airways. They lived together for 2 years and then broke up in 2016.

On January 6, 2021, Abhidnya married Mehul Pai; he is a college friend, whom he has known for the past 15 years. Mehul is an entrepreneur. Mehul was diagnosed with cancer just a few months after the wedding. When discussing it in an interview, Abhidnya said,
It’s so horrible because you wouldn’t dream of such a thing. Physically, it was horrible, like I can’t put into words how I feel. It was very scary. I think it broke me in a way to really know how much I stopped being grateful for the very little things I had. It tests our thinking, our positivity, our faith. Having said that, it even destroyed my faith in God.”
Mehul has now recovered and is living a healthy and happy life with Abhid.

He started his career in 2010 with the Hindi TV series ‘Pyar Ki Ye Ek Kahani.’ He played a cameo role in the series. In 2014, she played a cameo role in the Hindi television show ‘Bade Ache Lagte Hai.’ In the same year, she played Mukta Vikram Raut in the Marathi TV show ‘Lagori-Maitri Returns’ (2014-15) on Star Pravah.
