So, as soon as I got on board, I started calling him ‘Sir’, and then it was a teacher-student relationship, which accordingly translated into a father-son, director-actor relationship. His character is very energetic; he is a Maharashtrian boy who loves watching movies and dreams of becoming a big superstar in the film industry. Mithoon is someone who is very filmy and knows how to imitate other actors; be it Amitabh Bachchan or Mithun Chakraborty, he is a master. His journey began when he went to Mumbai. All in all, it’s a character I can relate to.”

My mother received a message claiming that it was a fake profile on Facebook with the name Abhinay Berde, who sent messages to several women on the pretext of offering roles for my next film or recommending them for my next film with a famous director. And claim that the movie contains some thick sequences and you need to send your thick pictures. I condemn such kind of sleazy behavior and I ask you to report and block such impersonators. And anyone who asks for bold pictures is just cheap and strict action should be taken against such people.”

I love doing action sequences. In my upcoming film, I have done a small action scene and I love shooting it. I love the rush, energy and style required for the main leads to execute the action sequences. I want to do an advanced action sequence; I want to do a musical too. Basically, I want to make movies that I admired growing up.”
