Abhirup Kadam started his career as a wildlife rescuer at a young age. He is associated with a non-profit organization called Maharashtra Animal Rescue Association (MARA), which aims to protect wildlife animals and create general awareness about animals among the general public. Abhirup has rescued several poisonous animals including snakes, frogs, iguanas, and scorpions. He has also rescued several street dogs. Abhirup often organizes several wildlife tours.

On May 7, 2019, he created a self-titled YouTube channel where he uploads videos related to animal rescue. He has more than 540K subscribers on his channel. Abhirup has also received a Silver play button for his YouTube channel.
