In Television
In 1994, Achint Kaur made her tv debut in the Hindi serial Banegi Apni Baat where she played the role of Anushka.
He worked in the series Virudh (2007), Jamai Raja (2014), The Tashkent Files (2019) etc. In 2020, he acted in the Hindi serial, Jamai Raja 2, released on Zee5. Achint Kaur has also acted in several Pakistani television series.

In 2002, she made her Bollywood debut in the film Om Jai Jagadish, playing the role of Tanya Chopra.
She appeared in films like Julie (2002), Corporate (2006), Guzarish (2010), Heroine (2012) and others.
