Adam Levine can’t seem to catch a break as the list of women who oppose him for lewdness has grown by one.
A lot has happened since TikToker, Sumner Stroh, accused the Maroon 5 frontman of allegedly cheating on his pregnant wife, Behati Prinsloo, by talking to him and even naming her unborn child after the accuser. Since then, many women have stepped forward to level more accusations of infidelity against Levine, and the latest to join the crowd is his former yoga instructor, Alanna Zabel.

Just days after Zabel — the fourth of five women to accuse the singer of sending flirtatious messages — claimed that Levine once sent her a text that read, “I want to spend the day with you naked,” the yogi is speaking out again. In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail on Thursday, he said:
“This is not about love affairs or lewd texts; it’s about being a good person.”
The 49-year-old, who was Levine’s yogi from 2007 to 2010, added that the way the 43-year-old treated her after she confronted him was less than acceptable. In his words, “Friends don’t treat each other like second-hand trash, and that’s how he treated me.”
She added that while the discordant texts she received from him may have been for his then-girlfriend, it still caused problems with her then-boyfriend when he saw her resulting in a physical confrontation.

It didn’t help that the “Payphone” artist bragged to her friends about having the “best a** in town,” which she found “cute.” She claimed that Levine knew what she was going through with her ex-boyfriend, who became abusive, and instead of responding to texts sent to her, the singer “just cut me off.”
After admitting she and Levine only worked together and then became close friends during those years, Zabel said the decision to speak out about the singer came after she saw several other women step forward. The founder of AZ I AM Yoga recalls:
“When I found out that Adam had asked this influencer if he could name his baby after him, I saw it in a different light and decided it was finally time to share this.”
Zabel added that he would have come forward long ago if it was the fifteen minutes of fame he wanted. Living with pain as long as he has taken “a lot of precious energy to survive, and to heal, we have to let it go.”
The pain of the author of “As I Am: Where Spirituality Meets Reality” stems from Levine accidentally attracting his attention to join Maroon 5 on tour as their yoga instructor for three months.

The couple stood side-by-side as they strolled in a move seen by onlookers as a show of unity amid the current scandal that has plagued their eight-year marriage.
Although their relationship has come into the public eye, Prinsloo has not made any public comments about her husband’s fidelity. However, sources close to the model claim she was devastated when news of Levine’s other life broke.
