Grammy-winning singer Adele has opened up about needing a lot of therapy after her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Before revealing that she needed therapy to deal with her divorce, the mother-of-one shared that she started going for sessions again after not needing them in a long time.

“I’m starting therapy again because I haven’t been in therapy for a few years. I need to start,” Adele said, adding that she lost track of some of the core values ​​she had previously acquired.

“I stopped holding myself responsible for my own behavior and the things I was going to say,” he added. “But now I’m doing it because I just want to make sure I’m improving myself every week to make sure I can give you everything.”

While she didn’t delve into some details, the singer did share that her latest therapy sessions are focused on helping her get in the best possible mental state for her Las Vegas residency.

The “Hello” singer said, “I’m always putting a lot of pressure on myself that everything has to be perfect, perfect,” adding that her current residence has to be “perfect” or she’ll choose to put it off again.

The 34-year-old star initially revealed that he was not interested in performing live and preferred to strut his stuff in the studio. However, his current residence has changed his stance.

He stated, “I’ve always been very emotional. I love making music, but there’s something about performing live that actually scares me and scares me. That’s why I’m not a great touring artist.
