Career
As a Model
In 2017, she started working as a marketing intern at Flochat, an instant messaging app, and at the same time, she worked as a model. In 2018, she won the title of ‘Miss TGPC Season 4’ held at Pub. Le.City, Amanora Mall-Pune.

She then continued her training in beauty pageants from the Cocoaberry Training Academy in Mumbai. She also won the title of ‘Miss Cocoaberry Diva’ in 2019.
Miss Diva 2020
She auditioned for the beauty pageant ‘Miss Diva 2020’ from Chennai and was shortlisted among the finalists. He was later selected among the top ten finalists in the final round held in Mumbai. She won the Miss Smasher award for badminton in the sports round of the competition. She finally won the LIVA Miss Diva Universe 2020 title held at Yash Raj Studio, Andheri, Mumbai, on 22 February 2020. In the final round of the pageant, the top five contestants were asked the same question by pageant host Malaika Arora, she was asked,

Adline replied,
Religion unites people. It has a value that unites people. People who believe in the same things unite and remain in harmony, but what divides us, is us. Humans are divided. Religion does not divide anyone. When I first came here from Kuwait, I really liked the fact that in India, all religions live together in harmony. We celebrate Diwali, Christmas, Hari Raya together and beautiful scenery, that we can stay together and respect each other’s beliefs. We can move forward with each other and move forward into the future.”

She represented India at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant held on 16 May 2021 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Hollywood, Florida, in the United States. He finished third runner-up in the competition, and the title was won by Mexican contestant Andrea Meza. In the final round, he was asked
Should countries go into lockdown due to COVID-19 even though their economies are depressed, or should they open their borders and risk a possible increase in infection rates?”
He replied,
Good evening universe. Well, coming from India and witnessing what India is going through now, I have realized something very important that nothing is more important than the health of your loved ones. And you have to make a balance between economy and health. And that can only be done when the government works with the people hand in hand and produce something that will work with the economy. Thank you.”

In 2021, she worked as a model in the documentary series ‘Kingfisher Calendar: The Making.’ She has also appeared in several music videos such as ‘Tere Bina’ (2019) by Shreyas Dharmadhikari and ‘Mere Dil Vich’ (2021) by Arjun Kanungo.
As a Social Worker
Adline has been associated with ‘Vikas Sahayog Pratishthan’ (VSP), a welfare organization working for the welfare of farmers. He has also helped in crowdfunding through Ketto and donated the money to the Children’s Aid Foundation (CHF). Adline has supported the LGBT community by spreading awareness among the public. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, he is helping people in need by providing food, sanitizers and face masks through the NGO ‘Desire Society.’ In an interview, he talked about Desire Society. He said,
The first time I learned about the Desire Society was when I was in college. I used to visit here as a student to help as a volunteer.”
He has also supported various social service campaigns like Smile Train and Akshaya Patra Foundation. In 2020, she worked to spread awareness about polycystic ovary syndrome, and in 2021, she raised funds for the Agricultural Resource Center.

- She idolized Miss Universe 1994 title holder Sushmita Sen. In an interview, Adline said,
I really like her positive nature and that’s what I instill in myself. I found it very brave and inspiring when she gave her two daughters a home without anyone’s support.”
- In an interview, she shared that she was bullied because of her thin and dark skin color. He further said,
So, I got bullied a lot because I was so skinny. And I have dark skin. So I got bullied a lot because of that. I have a Pakistani cousin sister, I have my sisters who are very beautiful. So I remember my dad comparing my skin color to others and saying, ‘Why are you so dark and why are you like this?’ It’s like heartache at that time, you know.. When you’re that old, you don’t understand. You think, ‘Why was I created this way?’ But when I grew up and I started living independently, I moved out of my home at the age of 15 and I came to India for the first time. That’s when I started to accept myself. I see diversity all around. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes, all colors. And that inspired me to really accept myself and move on.”
