The singer, who signed a deal with the production side to co-host the show at 11:30 p.m., showed fans that she has no problem continuing her motherly duties to her son Ever James while at work.
On her Instagram story, the “No More (Baby I’m a Do Right)” singer posted a video in which she was cradling and rocking her baby while her head rested on a towel thrown over her shoulder to protect the black oversized suit jacket and pants she was wearing.
Looking every bit the doting mother, the 39-year-old described herself as obsessed with her baby caption, “@everjames. —he can’t miss his mommy premiere on @enews! (well, mami is obsessed with her baby, so here we are, lol).”
The “3LW” girl group alum is definitely grateful for the new opportunity. The Blast shared that after the company tried to explore new horizons by becoming a morning show two years ago, they were suddenly forced to shut down forever due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Despite efforts to continue, they had to adapt like the rest of the world and focus on becoming a web news service. Now with slightly lighter restrictions, the production house re-evaluated their plans and decided to return with the hosts, former Disney child stars and Justin Sylvester.
An excited Bailon-Houghton shared various updates with her followers via her Instagram stories, including one in which the “All You’ve Got” actress calmly explained how busy her day had been before expressing her gratitude.
“The Cheetah Girls: One World” star told fans that she had a full day of revealing her child’s nursery during a live video, and then “I get all these messages from people saying ‘congratulations’ and reposting. So, I’m sitting here with full of gratitude. Like, the next level of gratitude. I still can’t believe God keeps opening doors like this for me, and I get to do what I love.”
The “I’m in Love with a Church Girl” star revealed that working for E! is great for a new chapter that ends with an affirmative “Let’s do it.” The “Empire Girls: Julissa and Adrienne” star followed with more repost screenshots from loved ones celebrating with her and clips from her new job announcing the show’s return.
Another of those reruns was “Deadline,” revealing details of the pop culture gossip show. According to the publication, Executive Vice President, NBCUniversal Syndication Studios and E! News, Tracie Wilson, said:

“I didn’t know I could love in this capacity. We’ve been planning for this for over six years to have a child, and I just don’t know – just as I thought I loved him before he was born, he gets here, and you’re like, ‘wow.’ It was tearful.”
She also stated that motherhood made her look at life differently and changed her in many ways. The experience made her appreciate her mother more because she realized how much she loved her after becoming a mother.
Bailon proudly proclaims that he loves his son very much and will do anything for him, including giving up his nightly sleep that he has become fanatical about.
