Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler was accused of sexually assaulting a teenage model in 1975.
According to a new lawsuit, the 75-year-old singer is accused of assaulting Jeanne Bellino, who is a former child model. He claims that he met Tyler in New York in 1975 – when he was 17 and the band member was 27.

The former teen model accused Steven Tyler of forcing her into a phone booth and “sticking his tongue down her throat” after they met through a group meet-and-greet event at the Warwick Hotel in Manhattan.
While walking down Sixth Avenue, Bellino said he asked Tyler questions about song lyrics, which left him visibly upset, which is when he allegedly forced her into the booth.
The lawsuit states, “While restraining his captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and placed his hands on her body, breasts, buttocks, and privates, moving and undressing her and pinning her to the phone booth wall. .”
“As Tyler molested and groped the Plaintiff, he bent over her pretending to have sex with the Plaintiff,” the suit continued.

According to the lawsuit, people witnessed the attack, and even “laughed” at the situation. “Others stood outside the phone booth laughing and while passers-by watched and witnessed, no one in the group intervened,” the suit said.
The cause of action listed in the new lawsuit is gender-based violence. The victim is seeking unspecified damages, according to The Rolling Stone.
The former teenage model stated that she weighed about 115 pounds at the time, and that this was her first sexual experience. “P—- Tyler was straight and clear to her as he rubbed her on her that she was wearing no underwear and was wearing skimpy pants,” the suit said. “Plaintiff fought back and struggled to get free, but Tyler stopped him.”
According to the filed lawsuit, Bellino said he was able to free himself and escape the phone booth, but he decided to stay with the group for the rest of the evening because his friend was on his way home.

The lawsuit goes on to describe the events that took place that evening after the group returned to the Warwick Hotel.
Steven Tyler allegedly began forcefully kissing the former teenage model and also grinding on her. As Bellino continued to fight, Tyler allegedly whispered in his ear that he was “going to my room to do something real quick.” He then asked an associate to call him to his room.
Bellino claimed she was sobbing and shaking, even stating that she feared that she “couldn’t speak and was paralyzed”. He shook his head “no” at the associate and then left the hotel.

The former teenage model claims she has “suffered and will continue to suffer, severe mental and physical pain, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, shame, humiliation, physical, personal & psychological injury.”
The lawsuit also states that Bellino was hospitalized as a result of the alleged incident, and that he still requires medication to this day.
Steven Tyler has yet to respond to the case.
