According to new documents, Pacino has enlisted the services of attorney Adam Philip Lipsic to assist him in his legal battle against Alfallah. The 83-year-old Hollywood icon has had Lipsic, his lawyer, serve legal papers, according to Radar Online. As a result, he cannot at any time be given papers publicly by the process server, avoiding embarrassment.
Leipsic is a Partner at Hersh Mannis LLP in Beverly Hills, where he became a partner in 2014. His biography reads:

Alfalah Wants To Determine “Parental Relationship” For Their Children
As we previously reported, Alfallah is demanding full physical custody of their son, Roman Alfallah Pacino, while giving the Academy Award winner joint legal control and “reasonable visitation.” Pacino can make important decisions such as schooling, medical treatment and religion.
The 29-year-old’s move could be seen as a way for her to start getting child support from the actor, who has a net worth of $120 million. It’s unclear how much the child support will be because Alfallah didn’t make an official request, but Pacino is sure to shell out a lot of money.
“The court may make an order for child support and issue an income assignment without further notice to either party,” excerpts of the document read.
The mother of one also wants the award-winning star to pay any attorney fees or costs related to the case, for rumors that Pacino is not the real father of Roman, the young producer, who once dated Mick Jagger, including a page called ” voluntary declaration of parentage” signed by her and Pacino.
The declaration was executed six days after the baby was born and signed by Pacino and a third party witness. Alfallah also stated that she had had “sexual relations” with the father of her child, indirectly shutting down opponents.
Alfallah and Pacino welcomed their bundle of joy — the fourth for the “Godfather” cast — in June, as seen in a birth certificate obtained exclusively by The Blast.

Before the now-separated couple welcomed their son, reports claimed the two-time Emmy award winner held her accountable for Roman’s pregnancy. Pacino initially believed he could not be held responsible for Alfallah’s pregnancy due to an undisclosed medical problem.
