The actor recently surprised fans when he announced that his lover, Noor Alfallah, 29, is expecting their fourth child. The 83-year-old was shocked and only found out two months ago that Noor was expecting almost a full term.
The legendary actor initially believed that the baby could not be his because, according to TMZ, he thought he could not impregnate another woman due to medical problems.
Pacino asks for a paternity test, and Noor takes no offense and obliges. The test came back saying he was the father and would be changing diapers again soon.
