It was previously planned for a September 2012 release. She collaborated with Pines on an animated short video and accompanying book drawn by Jen Lobo. A Fine Frenzy was featured in the 30 Songs/30 Days promotion in September 2012. Half the Sky: Turning Oppression into Opportunity for Women Worldwide, a multi-platform media initiative influenced by the novels of Nicholas Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, was supported.
