Amanda Kloots opens up about how unprepared she was when Nick Cordero proposed.
The 41-year-old recently gave fans hot tea about her marriage proposal from her late husband, who passed away in 2020 due to COVID-related issues. Kloots and Nick met while working on “Bullets Over Broadway” and tied the knot in 2017 before welcoming their son, Elvis in 2019. In a recent post, she recalled her proposal to the “Blue Bloods” cast and how she didn’t know he would raises big questions.

On March 21, the TV personality took to Instagram to share a stunning photo of herself and Nick. The picture represents the day the two got engaged. She and her lover wore dark-rimmed glasses, and they gave the camera big smiles. In the photo, they look very happy as they put their heads together.
The mother-of-one wore a red plaid T-shirt under a gray sweater, while Nick sported a navy blue plaid T-shirt. Although the couple looked happy, the engagement ring on Kloots hand stole the show.
It’s a simple gold band with a heart-shaped diamond in the middle. Her nails are painted in a neutral toned color and have an eyeball design at the bottom. In the caption, the broadway star recalled a beautiful proposal six years ago in “Huston, NY.”

Also, she poked fun at the manicure she wore in the post. At the end, he stated, “Obviously I didn’t know he was going to give me a ring,” followed by a laughing emoji. Many of the actress’ supporters resonated with her message and tried to show her love and support.

Speaking of sweet memories, the fitness instructor previously thanked Cafe Fiorello, a restaurant in New York City for immortalizing her late husband. The Blast stated that he commemorated the gesture by uploading four pictures of himself and his loved ones at the restaurant.
In the first image, Kloots is smiling at an engraved sign; however, the second slide revealed the words engraved on the gold plaque. It read, “This Table Is Dedicated To Michael & Dennis Basso. In honor of Nick Cordero.” A third photo shows the actress smiling broadly as she points to a sign as she and her guests pose for the final slide.

In the accompanying caption, the TV host revealed that she has been visiting Cafe Fiorello since she “moved to NYC in 2000!” Then it became her and Cordero’s place, where they would “sit outside, enjoying the view of Lincoln Center over an Aperol spritz on a summer day.”
Plus, he screamed for honoring the “Rock of Ages” star “with a booth when he died.” The long message ended with, “He’ll think it’s the greatest thing ever. I love to go back, eat here and visit his table. A very special time.”

In a previous report by The Blast, the “DWTS” alum gave fans a sneak peek at her late husband’s song. She shared a clip featuring her in a beautiful red and white two piece dress with her hair in a ponytail.
The host of “The Talk” danced with Hugo Lopez, who seemed to have better moves. The DJ wore an oversized white shirt with a deep V neck, matching shorts, with green and white shoes.
The dancing duo swayed to the song “Oye Como Va,” in the background. The Instagram clip was captioned, “How come I don’t attend Salsa class ?.” During a conversation with a fan, who commented, “Love your dance AND the song!” along with the hashtag, “RIPNICK,” Kloots confirmed that Cordero sang the song.
