After going through the unfortunate event, the star took her grief and, instead of isolating herself, decided to help others going through the same thing by giving advice.

He recently posted screenshots of himself and fan questions on his Instagram story. The mother-of-one can be seen in a selfie with blonde hair, a makeup-free face and a plain crew-neck t-shirt.

The DM chimed in, “It seems like you’re moving forward, and sometimes you take two steps back,” to which he replied, “I think that’s the definition of sadness.” He explains further at the bottom of the passage in a separate text that reads:

“I don’t mind taking two steps back. That’s how we learn, grow and develop.”

The actress noted that taking small steps helps to ensure that one learns from the experiences they’ve been through to avoid getting stuck, adding, “That’s my biggest fear.” He ended the caption by writing:

“Grief changes you. It makes many things very clear in life. In clarity, there is power.”

The initial post that brought DM conversation was about the Broadway actor revealing to fans that he had just finished taping an interview on Michael Cruz Kayne’s “A Good Cry” podcast. He stated that it made him have a “good cry” as they had a deep discussion about grief.

The 40-year-old reminded her followers to be gentle with people because there is “a lot of loss today, and people are fragile.” The “Dancing With The Stars” alum added that there is no time limit to how long someone can grieve. He states that the only thing to do is to move forward and live because it will always be there and will never go away.

In addition to the fear of being caught, the podcaster admitted to feeling worse when his son started asking about his late father. The Blast noted that while she discussed her life since the late star’s death on iHeartRadio’s “The Important Things with Bobbi Brown” podcast, she also touched on the topic of trying to talk about loss with her young son.

Since Cordero died when Evans was still a baby, she now faces the gruesome process of re-raising him two years after she must have dealt with him to such an extent.

Kloots revealed that when his posthumous birthday, which also coincided with their anniversary, rolled around, he started having a hard time. It also happened that the 3-year-old started school at the same time and had to deal with everything on his own.
