The past few years have been tough for the star, from losing her husband of three years, Nick Cordero, to complications related to COVID-19 in 2020 to having to raise their son Elvis Eduardo alone as a single mother. The television personality knows what she’s talking about because she’s had to find ways to channel her grief, like through the dance she did as a competitor on the 30th season of “Dancing with the Stars.”
“If you’re struggling, especially during the holidays, one of the things that saved me and continues to save me is exercise,” the actor began the message, adding instructions to “Make good music, move your body and get out. YOUR HEAD!”
The 40-year-old said he smiled through the hours dancing on the bike while admitting that even though he doesn’t wake up in good spirits every day, he makes sure to do things that make him happy. The star stated that she did this to help remind her that “life is meant to be lived, enjoyed and celebrated.”
This isn’t the first time he’s advised his followers to get over it; previously, he did so by holding a Q&A session on Instagram and answering questions about different things he has done. The Blast shared that Kloots fielded questions about her children’s books and other things before touching on a sensitive topic centered around grief.

He responded to a user who asked if grief would get easier with time, saying that it wouldn’t and instead, it would get harder. He stated that it is something that one has to learn to live by fighting every day to keep going, smile, and be strong.
The host of the talk show recalled a bittersweet moment with her late husband when asked which part of his life she would live. He chose his honeymoon in South Africa, which he described as perfect.
Finally, the emotional onslaught ends with the last question – how should one support someone who has lost a partner. He responded by beginning a lengthy message by stating that the first thing to do is to recognize that people deal with grief differently to avoid judging how they grieve.
Kloots states that because of the pain, the person is usually not aware of their actions but simply tries to understand their new reality, an action he compares to “an astronaut in space looking at the earth and feeling cut off from everyone else.”
The social media personality declared that there is no set guide to follow and quoted “Steve Leder’s – Be your authentic self,” adding that people who have suffered loss just need normality to survive. He concluded by emphasizing the importance of being yourself and being prepared.

Although happy and proud to be a mother, it does not remove the fact that sometimes it is a task and a burden. In August, The Blast reported that she described trying to balance it all as an emotional rollercoaster.
The co-host of “The Talk” admitted in an Instagram post that having to leave his son every day is getting harder as he gets older and now understands when he needs to go out. The TV star, dressed in a white two-piece ensemble, pecked the lips of the 3-year-old, who was wearing a beige shirt and white shorts, as they stood near the ocean on the beach.
“Work/life balance as a working mother is very difficult. I love work, and I love my children. It’s an emotional rollercoaster that I don’t think you can fully understand until you understand,” Kloots explained further.
He added how lucky he is to have so many people willing to help him every day and wouldn’t see it any other way. He ended his post by thanking his special tribe and mentioning the kinds of sea animals they can see on the beach.
