Actress Amber Heard was spotted in Spain just months after the highly publicized defamation trial against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp, took place in Fairfax, Virginia.
In December 2018, the “Aquaman” actor, 36, wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post claiming that he was a victim of domestic violence. Although he did not name the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor, Depp, 59, claimed that he lost the film role because of the “obvious implication” that he was her abuser.

On June 1, a seven-person jury found in Depp’s favor for $15 million dollars – $10 million dollars in compensatory damages and $5 million dollars in punitive damages. The $5 million dollar amount was later reduced to $350,000 dollars, the maximum allowed under Virginia state law.
However, the jury also ruled that one of Depp’s lawyers had committed defamation when he called Heard’s alleged abuse a “hoax”. They settled in Heard’s favor for just $2 million dollars, leaving the “Zombieland” actress with millions of dollars.
According to TMZ, Heard was forced to sell her Yucca Valley home in Southern California to help raise money for her legal fees earlier this summer. It looks like she might be out of the US entirely, as she was recently spotted in Spain with a new companion.

On Friday, “The Adderall Diaries” actor was spotted in Palma de Mallorca with his 1-year-old daughter, Oonagh Paige, who was welcomed via surrogate in July 2021. He was also spotted with Bianca Butti, who Page Six referred to as “ his girlfriend.”
Heard previously revealed her romance with the cinematographer in January 2020 after they were filmed exchanging intense PDA in Palm Springs, California. However, The Mirror reports that the two split in December 2021 after spending “months” while Heard was filming the “Aquaman” sequel in the UK

It’s possible that the two are now back together, as Heard was photographed smiling and looking happy as she stepped out with a group of friends. He was also photographed spending time with his daughter in the park and pushing her in a swing.
It is unclear how long Heard will spend in Spain. After the trial, he spent most of his summer in the Hamptons before he traveled to Israel and was seen vacationing with his daughter and close friend, Eve Barlow.

An insider told Us Magazine that “their chemistry is off the charts,” adding, “It’s serious between them. They’re the real deal.”

Many fans actually believed that the “City of Lies” actress was actually dating her lawyer, Camille Vasquez, after the defamation trial ended in June. However, the respected lawyer slammed the rumor as “sexist.”
Shortly after the hearing, she told PEOPLE magazine that the rumors were “unfortunate” and “disappointing,” while admitting, “at the same time, it comes with the territory. I can’t say I’m that surprised.”
