The disgraced film producer’s ex-wife just suffered another blow when she fought for him against Emmett. She filed an emergency domestic violence restraining order against her ex-husband alleging that the “threatening” correspondence between Emmett and his attorney, Ben Valencia, caused her to be in “legitimate fear for his safety and well-being.”
Childers was referring to leaked emails between Emmett and Valencia in which the attorney ripped her a new one and insulted Randall, 51, in the process. “When are you going to get some real money together so we can get this c–t out once and for all. This is not good for your girl,” the email claimed.

This is the second time the restraining order has been denied, in October right after the order was first filed, it was denied for lack of evidence and again, the same thing but official in the actual paperwork that Childer couldn’t overturn.
