‘American Pie’ star Seann William Scott has filed for divorce from his wife after just 4 years of marriage.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the actor filed for dissolution of marriage from wife and interior designer Olivia Korenberg in Los Angeles County Court, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

In the filing, Seann asked the court to dissolve his marriage to Korenberg and wanted to abide by their prenuptial agreement to provide financial support to his spouse. He is claiming joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, Frankie Rose Scott, who was born in 2020.
The documents state that “various jewelry and other personal items” belong to both parties, while the Hollywood star’s income and savings before, during, and after marriage, and since the separation, belong to him alone.
