Explosion recently reported that they have reached out to several industry giants in hopes that their “on-air talent” and “off-air chemistry” will act as an attraction to help sell the show.
Well, it looks like that might actually pay off.
According to industry insider and Human Resources professional Jason Greer, the pair can produce “golden ratings.”
Their On Screen Talent & Off Screen Chemistry is “Gold Rating!”
The higher the rating, the more money in your pocket.
Greer told US Sun, “I will have a lot of training with Amy and TJ about respectful behavior in the workplace. While we’re talking about chemistry, there are millions of dollars that have gone into your plan, and into the salaries of the people who support your plan. So, it’s very important that we don’t make them feel uncomfortable.”
He went on to explain the programs that need to be put in place to protect not only co-hosts, but everyone else working to make operations run smoothly.

“Often it comes down to: What are we going to do to make sure that we have a plan in case things break down between the two of them in terms of their relationship,” Greer added.
He explained that the allure of the ratings boom could attract executives to overcome the HR hurdle.
Greer concludes, “They’re going to be gold-rated—that’s the alluring part about it all. I will watch!”

Robach & Holmes Make Their First Public Appearance as a Couple
The couple made their first public appearance at Howard Bragman’s funeral last month.
They are both still married to their estranged partners, but have set the wheels in motion to divorce.
Robach is still married to actor Andrew Shue and she filed for divorce in August.
Holmes is still married to Marilee Fiebig and filed for divorce in December.

Fiebig released a statement through his divorce attorney, Stephanie Lehman, on Wednesday, January 4.
The statement was obtained exclusively by Daily Mail and stated, “During the holiday season and given the challenging times, Marilee’s single focus remains on the overall best interests of her 9-year-old daughter. [Sabine].”
Lehman stressed that her client, Fiebig, is focusing on her daughter and making the divorce process the best she can.

Lehman, Fiebig, Holmes and its legal counsel have sought to “proceed the divorce personally, as quickly and as best as possible.”
“However, we continue to be disappointed by TJ’s lack of discretion, respect and sensitivity towards Marilee and the party’s daughter,” added Fiebig’s divorce attorney.
Holmes’ estranged wife has been “touched by an outpouring of support” since the scandal hit the headlines in November 2022 and is “looking forward to a fresh start in the new year.”
