Former ABC News adviser Amy Robach and TJ Holmes were spotted enjoying a walk by the sea before the launch of their podcast, suggesting their relationship is going from strength to strength.
In a stunning revelation on their podcast, Robach recounted the time he thought Holmes was suicidal following their headline-grabbing removal from “Good Morning America” after it was revealed they were romantically involved.
The couple recently made their first public appearance as a couple amid reports that their exes are now dating each other.

She looked sleek in an off-white sweatshirt and blue denim pants, completing the look with brown cowgirl boots and a belt. Holmes wore jeans and a pink top with sneakers but took a cue from his girlfriend’s mistake when he opted for black sunglasses to protect his eyes.

The sighting came days before the couple announced their new podcast project, “Amy & TJ,” which has since revealed harrowing incidents in their relationship in just a few episodes.
Robach recounted their final days at ABC after they were fired for being romantically involved and revealed she was terrified Holmes had taken her own life after sending a series of disturbing texts.
She states that she is scared because the text is in the past tense, with Holmes saying she “was” the love of her life. Disturbed, she runs to check on him at his place with his father, where they see him lying helpless on his bed. He initially thought he was dead but it turned out he was unconscious and they were able to wake him up.
Holmes said he couldn’t remember much of the ordeal, but he did remember “punching vodka” and taking “weed food,” which put him in that state.
Robach also shared that the days after their ABC scandal were difficult for her, calling it a “year from hell” and revealing she “wanted to die” at one point.

In response to rumors suggesting they were unfaithful to their former partners, Robach and Holmes appeared on their podcast to deny the allegations..
At the time, the delayed “GMA3” hosts faced increased scrutiny when reports surfaced of their romantic involvement, but the two insisted that they were not cheating on their respective partners with each other as their relationship “broke off” in November 2022.
“[We] losing jobs we love because we love each other,” Holmes said in the first episode of their “Amy & TJ” podcast. “Obviously, we were exposed as being in a relationship, but other people thought we were labeled as adulterers — labeled as cheating on our partner — and that’s not the case.”
However, sources said Page Six that their affair at the time was a major factor in their respective divorces, especially for Holmes, who was still “very much together” with Fiebig in August of that year.
