Romanian authorities are reportedly not ready to let Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate go first!
The online influencer’s hopes of getting some sun and natural air on her body were dashed after a Romanian judge extended her house arrest order for another 30 days on sex trafficking charges.
He has provided details of the latest setbacks via social media posts, claiming that “the war continues.” The decision comes almost a month after he was formally charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming a criminal group to exploit women.
Andrew Tate & His Sister Ordered To Stay Indoors For Another 30 Days
There appears to be no end to Andrew’s suffering as he, along with his brother Tristan, has been ordered to stay indoors for another four weeks. The former kickboxer and his brother were initially arrested in December 2022 and have been under house arrest since March 2023 in Bucharest, Romania.
Although the two have since denied all allegations against them, observers suspect Tristan’s actions on the case were influenced by his brother. According to The Sun’s source, Tristan’s love and admiration for Andrew goes beyond a normal sibling relationship. In their words:

Social Media Personalities Are Determined To Prove Allegations Wrong
When Andrew was officially charged with rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal group to exploit women last month, The Blast reported it, noting that they were filed in Bucharest. Charges were also filed against Tristan and two women, Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, who were also under house arrest.
Based on the development, the Directorate of Organized Crime and Terrorism Investigation issued a statement asserting that the four defendants created a criminal group in 2021 with the intention of “committing the crime of human trafficking.”
The group is accused of luring and transporting seven female victims, allegedly subjecting them to physical violence and sexual exploitation, during alleged operations across the United States, Romania and Britain. In addition, one of the defendants was accused of raping one of the female victims on two separate occasions in March 2022.
Confirming Andrew and Tristan’s innocence, the 36-year-old’s spokesperson declared that the two were determined to “demonstrate their innocence and vindicate their reputations.” Likewise, he continued to tout his innocence on social media, with his fans cheering nonstop.
