Andrew Tate is still in prison in Romania.
The former social media influencer was arrested on December 29 along with her brother, Tristan Tate, and two female accomplices on charges of rape, human trafficking and establishing an organized crime group.
Andrew Tate Claims He Has Evidence of His Innocence
The Tate brothers’ female accomplices are Luana Radu (32), a former police officer in Bucharest, and Georgiana Naghel (28), a model believed to have dated Tate for almost a year.
The two models were placed under house arrest after today’s verdict.
The Tate brothers have tried to appeal their prison sentences twice, but without success.
A Romanian judge recently added another 30 days to their time in prison. According to reports, the Tate brothers have been deemed “too dangerous” to be released.
However, according to Andrew, he is innocent…. 500 pieces of evidence of innocence.
Tate Says He Is “Fully Cooperative In Everything”
He or someone acting as his voice outside prison took to Twitter on February 28 and wrote, “I have cooperated fully in everything. Complete everything they ask of me. I have 500 pieces of video, photos and other evidence that prove my innocence. But I’m still in jail. What does Romania want from me?”
For the past few months, Andrew has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. Following the court appearance on February 21, their legal team released a statement.
“If the solution is not profitable, we will definitely challenge it,” said Eugen Vidineac. “If until now we analyze and re-analyze the evidence given in the case until now, today we insist that the reasons that existed when taking preventive detention measures are lost, stopped. Through the efficiency of the defense, we say that we have effectively disabled the evidence given so far in the case, so that excuses have stopped, and new excuses are unlikely to lead to the extension of preventive detention measures.”

Clearly the statement was made before the court’s decision to hold the Tate brothers in custody for another 30 days.
Despite the 30-day detention extension, Andrew praised his legal team.
Tate Stands Next to His Legal Team
“My Legal team did a great job today. To this day, the Judges have been given a very close understanding of the Truth behind the allegations against me. True colors have been revealed. God willing, I will be released,” he wrote on Twitter.

Earlier this month, Andrew expressed his fear of dying in prison.
On February 14, the social media personality revealed her “two possible futures.”
“There are two possible futures of the universe. One, they killed me. Second, I came across as one of the most respected and influential people on the planet driven by false persecution. I ask my enemies to make a choice I will stay awake tonight ready for a deadly battle. Send your best,” his tweet read.
Many Twitter users did not sympathize with Tate and offered a third “future” for Tate.
“Weird way to tell everyone you’re rude and piss yourself off,” one responded.
“Or 3… the human trafficking charges continue and she’s on her own crying hysterically,” said another.
“Or three… you sit in jail until you serve your time. I’m going with three people,” another shared.
