Andrew Tate’s legal problems are still pending; A new suit against him is underway.
New reports claim three women are set to sue the social media personality for alleged rape and assault. Although the women first complained to authorities nearly ten years ago, they claim that detectives failed to conduct a proper investigation into the case before dropping it.
Andrew Tate to Face New Lawsuit From Three Former Female Employees
It has been one drama after another for Tate, who was arrested in December 2022 and spent several months in a Romanian prison on suspicion of rape, human trafficking and organized crime.
In the latest blow, the controversial Internet personality will battle in court against three women he allegedly assaulted in 2013. To help their case, the women started a crowdfunding campaign on Crowd Justice, raising more than £8,000 of the £50,000 target so far.

“We are three survivors of Andrew Tate’s violent and misogynistic ideology. While in the UK, Tate subjected other women and us to serious and violent sexual and physical assault. Despite facing prosecution in Romania, he was never held accountable for his crimes in the UK,” the page read through Watford Observer.
The accusers added they plan to “take action to encourage a criminal investigation in the UK and pursue a civil case against” the former professional kickboxer for “compensation to help rebuild” their lives.
ICYMI, 36, is accused of assaulting one woman and raping two others while they were working as webcam models for him in Luton, United Kingdom. Although Herts police followed up on the claim by arresting him three times — twice on the same day in July 2015 and once in December of the same year, the case was finally closed in 2019.
Amidst the impending suit, Caretaker reports that Tate remains focused on getting out of a Romanian prison, having recently won an appeal to serve house arrest. The businessman, who won the plea with his brother and two unidentified women, will remain locked in his home until April 29.
Speaking about the results of the decision, “Big Brother” alumni communications director, Mateea Petrescu, stated, “It is not a flight risk, and it is not a danger to public safety, therefore [the authorities] has decided to release them under house arrest. [It’s] just a small step – they are still under investigation.”

Petrescu added that the four were “very happy” to be out of prison and “excited and impatient to be home.” None of the arrested suspects have been formally charged.
The Health of the Host of ‘The Real World’ Program Suffered a Setback Last Year
March was a rollercoaster month for those who have followed Tate’s story since its inception, especially regarding his recent health problems. As it turns out, the founder of Hustler University has reportedly discovered a “dark spot on his lung” that is most likely a tumor after a medical consultation in Dubai.
Copies of his ‘medical records’ have been leaked online, highlighted a lesion on the upper part of his lung — a condition described as a “serious” health challenge. A source from the misogynistic influence team later addressed the rumours, stating:
“Andrew was informed of his serious condition prior to his arrest, after attending a meeting in Dubai. As he was unable to be monitored by his chosen medical team in Dubai, this meant he was taken to a local Romanian clinic while in custody.”
The insider explained that while it is not yet an official diagnosis, Tate is “remaining strong” and “doing well” pending further tests. They concluded that they did not take health issues lightly and ensured that the retired athlete received “the best medical care available to him.”
Barely a few days after the update, The Blast observed that the mixed martial arts star denied the claims of illness, tweeting:
“I don’t have cancer. My lungs contain exactly 0 damage from smoking. In fact, I have an 8L lung capacity and the vital signs of an Olympic athlete. Nothing but scars on my lungs from old battles. A true warrior has scars inside and out.
