Andrew Tate will remain in a Romanian prison.
The controversial social media star is behind bars on charges of rape, human trafficking and creating an organized crime group.
Tate along with his brother Tristan Tate and two female accomplices were arrested in late December.
Andrew Tate Remains Locked In Jail!
The Tate brothers’ legal team has tried to appeal several prison term extensions but to no avail.
On Tuesday, March 14, Andrew appeared in court in the hope that he would be acquitted; however, the court in Bucharest rejected his plea for bail.
Tristan’s case will be heard tomorrow.
Andrew Tate’s bail DENIED!
A spokesperson for Tate said of the judge’s bail denial, “Unfortunately, the Romanian judicial system rejected Andrew Tate’s request for bail today. We are disappointed by this decision as we had high hopes to see Andrew reunited with his family. His legal team will appeal this decision within 48 hours.”
Tate will remain in jail until at least March 29, and the prosecution will seek to extend his incarceration accordingly Mirror UK.
The former professional kickboxer has maintained his innocence and denied all allegations since his arrest.
Tate has claimed that Romanian officials are part of a wider “political conspiracy” against him. He believes they are trying to silence him and prevent him from spreading his views.
According to Tate, he went “500 pieces of evidence” to prove his innocence.
He or someone acting as his voice outside prison took to Twitter on February 28 and wrote, “I have cooperated fully in everything. Complete everything they ask of me. I have 500 pieces of video, photos and other evidence that prove my innocence. But I’m still in jail. What does Romania want from me?”
Tate feared he might die in prison.

On February 14, the social media personality revealed her “two possible futures.”
“There are two possible futures of the universe. One, they killed me. Second, I came across as one of the most respected and influential people on the planet driven by false persecution. I ask my enemies to make a choice I will stay awake tonight ready for a deadly battle. Send your best,” his tweet read.

Many Twitter users did not sympathize with Tate and offered a third “future” for Tate.
“Weird way to tell everyone you’re rude and piss yourself off,” one responded.
“Or 3… the human trafficking charges continue and she’s on her own crying hysterically,” said another.
“Or three… you sit in jail until you serve your time. I’m going with three people,” another shared.
