Cohen admitted that he was surprised when Savestky stepped down but understood why he made the decision. “I was surprised by the answer given. And I’ve always known that social media can really be a cesspool, but it’s really cruel,” she said of the backlash and racism the reality star hopeful received online.
Savetsky publicly pushed the plan and wrote a long post on Instagram explaining that it has to do with the hate and racism he receives daily online.

“I will not continue The Real Housewives of NYC. As a proud orthodox Jewish woman, I thought participating in this series would be a great opportunity to represent people like me and share my experiences,” she wrote in her statement.
“Unfortunately, since my announcement in the cast, I have been receiving antisemitic attacks. As this continued, I realized that this path was no longer suitable for me and my family.”
He ended his message by teasing a new chapter beyond this mess. “I’m looking forward to the next chapter. Stay tuned — and thanks for your support!”

The mother of three has used her social media platform to share news about her religion and culture. He defines himself as a person who takes his religion seriously. He has Yiddish words about work on IG with his kids and he makes videos all the time about his religious ceremonies.
Lizziy spoke out against Kanye West and Adidas when the rapper made this anti-semitic statement which is probably what put her on so much hate radar. Cohen agrees that it is completely unnecessary, but recognizes the times we are in accommodating such behavior.
“These are difficult times that we are going through and this is a serious matter and so I wish him well,” he insisted before returning to chanting about Fresca.

Other women will pick up the slack for Lizzy’s absence. The self-proclaimed “Proud Jew & Zionist” leaves us, Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank, and Brynn Whitfield.
Who knows there might still be time to replace it, or they could add a show partner to round it out, if need be! Glad to see Andy speak up at the right time.
