Anjana Shajan was born in 1995 (age 26; in 2021) in Hyderabad. He received his school education from Atomic Energy Central School 2- AECS2 Hyderabad. He then completed his studies from Sri Chaitanya Jr College ECIL Hyderabad. Later, he pursued his medical education from KMCT College of Ayurvedic Medicine and Post-graduate education from Kerala University of Health and Sciences.

Death
Anjana Shajan has died on 1 November 2021 in a road accident in Kochi along with Miss Kerala 2019 ‘Ansi Kabeer.’ On November 1, 2021 at 1 am, Anjana Shajan, along with Miss Kerala 2019, Ansi Kabeer, was killed in a road accident on the National highway between Vytilla and Palarivattom near the Holiday Inn Hotel in Kerala. They became close friends and traveled together after finishing their modeling photo shoot. Their speeding car hit a tree while saving a two-wheeler. The police statement about their accident was,
Due to the impact of the accident, the car was completely damaged and the two winners of the beauty pageant died on the spot. Both women died shortly after the accident. Both women died shortly after the accident. Of the two co-passengers, one is critical. Both are currently under treatment at the Ernakulam Medical Center.”

- In a conversation with a media house, Anjana Shajan spoke about her inspiration to become a model. She shared that apart from her mother, Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and former Miss World Manushi Chillar are her inspirations. He stated,
My mother was my first inspiration. I have also been inspired by Aiswarya Rai Bachchan and Manushi Chillar.”
