Education
He attended Kamla High School, Khar in Mumbai for his education. He graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK and has a management degree in International Business. Sukhani abandoned her academic goals to pursue acting.

Career
Sukhani was chosen to star alongside Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan in a television commercial for Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate. In Laal Ishq, Anjana made her Marathi film debut with Swapnil Joshi which was a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production. The music video for the song Ghar Jayegi also features it. He has appeared in important parts, including as the smash hit multi-starrer Salaam-e-Ishq which was followed by his participation in Golmaal Returns.
Her other films are Jai Veeru, Jashnn, and Maleyali Jotheyali, in which she starred alongside Ganesh and Yuvika Chaudhary.
Private life
Sukhani had an affair with Rehan Khan who is also an actor. They first met on the sets of the film Tum Milo To Sahi in 2009.
