His sons, Homer and Atlas, chose the burial site and released a statement via ET that the “Another World” actor will be laid to rest at Hollywood Forever Cemetery surrounded by his celebrity friends. The statement reads:
“My brother Atlas and I would like to thank Tyler, Noelle, and all the wonderful people at Hollywood Forever for their kindness, compassion and spirit of generosity. We’re sure our mom will love the site we’ve chosen for her; it’s beautiful, quiet, and she’ll be among Hollywood’s peers.”
The young man stated that the location was where people attended concerts and other events, and he felt he belonged to such a community. Concluding, “She is our mother, but her kindness and outpouring these past few days reminds us that she also belongs to her fans, the entertainment community, and now, forever.”
