Annmary Tom was born to Mr. Tom Mathew and Mrs. Sumita Tom in Barrackpore, West Bengal. She completed her early schooling from Alphonsa English Medium School, Keezhpally and then went to Auxilium Convent School based in Barasat. Then Tom enrolled himself in the College of St. Xavier, Kolkata to pursue a degree in computer science.

Career
Annmary Tom made headlines for her role as Binapani Roy Chowdhury in the popular Bengali television series Gramer Rani Binapani. The series revolves around Shatadru and Binapani, two individuals with different personalities cross paths when Shatadru arrives in the village as a factory owner which Binapani objects to. Will they both fall in love form the core of the story.
Tom then took on the role of Rumjhum in the popular Bengali daily soap opera Phaguner Mohona in 2023.
