Another member of the Chrisley family bit the dust.
Todd Chrisley’s oldest son, Kyle Chrisley, was arrested in Tennessee for aggravated assault on Tuesday, March 14.
According to reports, he was booked into the Rutherford County Jail and released on a $3,000 bond the same day.

He was arrested by the Smyrna Police Department and his mugshot tells the story of a very angry man.
Kyle has a troubled past. He suffered from drug addiction and attempted suicide in 2019.
Following the suicide attempt, Todd shared a photo of the family gathering around Kyle at the hospital.

“NOT TODAY DEVIL, NOT TODAY… God shows up and shows himself, won’t he? Kyle is great and we’re back to the grind,” he captioned the photo.
He legally relinquished custody of his daughter, Chloe, to Todd and Julie Chrisley due to his substance abuse and addiction.
Kyle and his father had a strained relationship throughout the years, which was documented on “Chrisley Knows Best.”
However, following his parents’ suicide attempts and legal troubles, the father and son have mended their relationship.
Kyle wasn’t the only Chrisley to be handcuffed and booked.
As you may recall, Todd and Julie were taken to prison in January for tax evasion and bank fraud.

They served a combined sentence of 19 years. Todd is serving 12 years plus 16 months on probation while Julie is serving seven years with 16 months on probation.
A week after they started their relationship, Savannah Chrisley opened up about the family’s new life on her podcast.
He taped the January 31st episode of “Unlocked” on January 24th, exactly one week after his parents were locked up.

“Last week was the hardest week, I think, of my life and it was hard… hard to understand, process, and also help two children help process what happened in our lives,” she said. “On the 17th was my parents’ report date, and never in a million years did I think I would be talking about both of my parents, one of my parents, let alone both of them, going to federal prison. There were a lot of tears shed, a lot of anger, a lot of screaming, a lot of being really broken.”
Her younger brother Grayson Chrisley, who she has been looking after, suffered a “breakdown” once his parents were taken into custody.
“Gray has a breakdown, and he’s trying to process my parents and the situation they’re in and how that’s not the image he wants for them,” the 25-year-old explained. “Grayson is 16 years old, [and] There is so much growth going on with him now, and it hurts me to know that my parents are missing out on that.”

Both Todd and Julie have maintained their innocence and they plan to file a plea in February.
“I have to figure out how to rebuild and I think we’ll get there at least a little bit,” Savannah said of her family’s situation.
Savannah recently visited both her parents and claims the experience “gave me hope and peace.”
“I have never felt the presence of Jesus more than I did in that room,” he said before adding that some people in the room were misunderstood.
