Apurva owns four restaurants in Mumbai which include ‘Tight Pub’ in Vashi, ‘Soy Street’ in Vashi, and ‘Lemon Leaf’ in Bandra, and Pot Pourri Restaurant in Chembur. In addition to running the restaurant, she organized classes for women to learn cooking, painting and pottery. He also organized the ‘Dog Walk’ event in the Chembur Festival held at his restaurant.
