There is much to celebrate in the Biermann household.
Ariana Biermann recently celebrated her 21st birthday, her boyfriend Hudson McLeroy’s 21st birthday and their respective DUI mugshots.
The reality TV star’s daughter, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, turned 21 on Tuesday, October 18.

He celebrated with family, friends and his mugshot.
In case you’re not aware of Biermann’s legal issues, earlier this year, 20-year-old Arianna was arrested for DUI.
Both Ariana and Kim deny that she was under the influence of alcohol at the time she caused the minor fender bender.
Ariana Was Arrested For DUI In August

At the time of the crash and subsequent arrest, her attorney, Justin Spizman, said, “Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When the police arrived at the scene, the investigating officer immediately began an investigation for DUI. Although Ariana always pleaded that she was upset and anxious as a result of the minor accident, the officer wrongly concluded that she was suffering from alcoholism. That didn’t happen. He completely denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges as he is innocent of them.”
Kim voiced similar sentiments on her Instagram Story on August 16.
“Ariana was involved in a minor fender bender. When police arrived at the scene, the investigating officer immediately began an investigation for DUI of alcohol,” the story read. “Despite Ariana always pleading that she was upset and anxious as a result of the minor accident, the officer mistakenly concluded that she was impaired. That didn’t happen. While we have no further desire to discuss this case in the media, Ariana was not impaired by any substance, including alcohol or marijuana.”

Kim’s message continued, “Since he was being cooperative and honest, he admitted to consuming marijuana the day before, meaning more than 24 hours before contacting law enforcement. In addition, the arresting officer, as evidenced by his own police report, charged Ariana with alcohol impairment. He completely denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges as he is innocent of them. Therefore, we appreciate the public allowing this case to be tried on its merits, rather than rhetoric or incorrect conclusions.”

Ariana refused to take a breathalyzer test when she was arrested
It seems like the drama surrounding Ariana’s DUI is all water under the bridge.
Ariana was presented with a massive sheet cake in celebration of her 21st birthday and it was decorated with her mugshot.

Ariana took some photos posing with a birthday cake mugshot, because it was clearly ‘NBD’… No Big Deal.
McLeroy also got a large sheet cake with his own mugshot emblazoned on it.
He was also charged with DUI, along with furnishing alcohol to a minor and violating the conditions of his restricted driver’s permit.
As previously mentioned, both Ariana and McLeroy seemed to laugh off the whole legal experience as they nonchalantly displayed their mugshots.
Ariana’s boyfriend shared a sweet “21 reasons I love you” tribute to Instagram.
He went on to list 21 things about Ariana that have and continue to make him fall in love with her.

Ariana also shared a sweet and loving post about McLeroy to her Instagram account.
“I smell bad. you are everything i dreamed of, and have been since we were 14 years old. you have the sweetest soul of anyone i know. I am so grateful I could love you, and experience your love. it is one of a kind,” he wrote. “You have brought me more happiness than I knew was possible. I love our little games, our movie nights, our pizza nights, our main event nights, our punch cars, everything. i love that ur a kid w me. love the way you love me. thank you for finding joy in everything with me. thank you for helping me through my struggles for the past 7 years i don’t know what i would do without you. my twin flame. you make me whole. I love you more than words can explain.”
