I stayed on the meds for so long because the process was so long and difficult. I’m not ready to go through it again so I’m just accepting the ‘eh’ feeling instead of trying to find something to feel better.” Ariel has remained open about her mental health. She reveals she goes to therapy regularly and has even shown off her antidepressants in a hotel room on Instagram.
