Armie Hammer is in legal hot water again after allegedly owing more than 66k to AMEX, for overdue credit card bills, adding more drama to his off-stage theatrical life.
Credit Card Company Says Armie Hammer Won’t Pay

According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, American Express claims the actress has an outstanding balance of $66,000 on her card, and it’s gotten bad enough that they’ve filed a lawsuit to try and collect. Interestingly, the last time fans saw Hammer, he was in the Cayman Islands selling timeshares.
American Express claims the actor owes a large amount for unpaid change and/or cash advances, as well as balance transfers. The card has been active since 2011.
The Death on the Nile the actor at first did not confirm that he was in the real estate business and kind of slid through his mind asking. But it was eventually revealed by sources that he was actually selling a timeshare on the island.
“He works at the resort and sells timeshares. He works in a small room,” a source reportedly leaked to the media. Adding, “The reality is he’s completely broke and trying to make ends meet and earn money to support his family.”
Flyers were also circulated around the island with Hammer’s face and name on them and pointing those interested in his direction.

Other than that, it was all outside of his marriage to his wife Elizabeth Chambers. Soon after, a secret Instagram account was reportedly uncovered along with a DM that revealed a more terrifying side to Hammer.
“I want to eat you,” he wrote in a message that made fans realize that Hammer is a bit of a cannibal. Alleged DMs and several voice messages reveal that Hammer has certain tastes.
He added, “My bet would involve coming over to your place and completely tying you up and immobilizing you and then being able to do whatever I want to every hole in your body until I’m done.”

It’s now a few weeks into October, and they haven’t returned.”

According to one report, the couple’s pending divorce helped the cause behind the credit card bill. Apparently, payment for bills is being worked out in the couple’s divorce settlement. Although the dollar amount had not been included in the divorce settlement or custody issues, they were forced to sell their marital home after reducing the price by $800,000.
It seems that Hammer now has a regular person job that requires him to go in and out every day and be held accountable for how he acts. As you know, this Hollywood divorce isn’t cheap at all, and while $66,000 owed to AMEX doesn’t sound like a big deal for an actor, let’s remember that Hammer is in a much different position than he was before the pandemic.
