Career
In May 2017, he started working as a research intern at an NGO called Chirag Foundation in Mumbai. After working there for about four months, he joined IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited, Mumbai, as a project trainee. After almost four months, he started working as a cyber security intern at Lucideus, a private firm in New Delhi. At the same time, he worked as a staff writer at The Daily Californian. In 2019, he joined Accenture as a software engineer trainee in Mumbai. After three months, he worked as a Reader for EE16A: Designing Devices and Information Systems (part-time) at the UC Berkeley College of Engineering, Berkeley. From August 2019 to December 2019, Arth worked as a project intern for the social welfare campaign of the Smart Village Movement in Berkeley. He later worked for Cal Hacks where he built an app that detects American Sign Language (ASL) gestures in live video streams and translates them into English text in real time. After working there for almost eight months, he worked as a project leader at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Berkeley. From February 2020 to May 2020, Arth joined the UCSF Medical Center, San Francisco Bay Area, as an undergraduate student researcher. There, he trained a semantic segmentation model on the Stanford EchoNet Dynamic dataset. From August 2020 to December 2020, he joined the Fung Fellowship at UC Berkeley as a healthcare and technology fellow. In May 2020, he joined the private firm FakeNetAI as a deep learning engineering intern in Berkeley and worked there for almost a year. In 2021, Arth works as an undergraduate researcher at the Berkeley RISE Lab and the UC Berkeley College of Engineering in Berkeley. He started working as a software engineer trainee at the private firm DeepMap, Inc. in Palo Alto, California in June 2021. Arth joined Net Impact Berkeley, California, as an associate consultant in 2019. He was promoted to the position of project manager there in 2020.
Later, he was promoted to the position of senior advisor and then to VP associate development and then to president there. In May 2022, he left his job there, and in October 2022, he started working at Tesla in Austin, Texas, as a project engineer.
