- In an interview, Aryan revealed that when he was a child, he was bullied at school for being overweight. He further revealed that the trolling triggered him so much that he decided to work hard to shed the extra kilos. He said,
I was almost 98 kg at 15, and no one in my family really paid attention to it, I don’t know why. That was the worst phase of my life because of the daily trolling I had to go through. I was bullied in school and called names like motu, haathi and so on. The harassment got to the point where school kids would get physical teasing me because I had boy breasts. That really bothered me.”
He further said,
It was during my summer vacation after class 10 exams when this trolling triggered me so I decided to work hard religiously for myself. I used to exercise for hours and play badminton at the same time. I looked at my diet and switched to healthy eating. I didn’t meet anyone at that time. And when I went back to school, everyone was surprised to see how much I had changed because I had lost 15 kg in that period.”
