The NAACP Image Awards is an American-based awards ceremony that highlights the performances of black people in film, theater, television, literature and music. Like many black content creators before it, the prestigious award recognized the renowned photographer with two nominations for his documentary “Is That Black Enough For You?”
The nominations are for “Outstanding Breakthrough Creative (Motion Picture)” and Outstanding Documentary (Film).” Based on these outstanding achievements, his wife, who was in Paris for her fashion week, commemorated his NAACP nomination, showing everyone that she is his number one supporter.
