Following their spontaneous meeting in 2009, the couple decided to pursue a romantic relationship. Before that, however, things turned sour when during their first date, Ervin made the vixen’s “Girls Like You” video pay half of his bill.
The moment when the director of “Elephant in the Room” met Graham’s grandparents was also a unique experience for them. In a surprising twist, he chose not to reveal beforehand that he was African American before their initial meeting in Nebraska.
And even though the initial meeting didn’t seem to go well, the “DNCE” vixen family came to love the “Six Months Later” producer. Despite obstacles in their path, the couple overcame it all and quickly exchanged vows the following year.
