Model and TV presenter Ashley Graham recently revealed that her husband had a vasectomy because they planned not to have any more children.

Graham, who already welcomed three children with Justin Ervin, said going from one child to three was difficult without her mother’s help because she didn’t know how much work it would take to raise them before they arrived.

Graham, 35, opened up about her family and the many obstacles she faced while juggling motherhood and a successful career.

The model revealed that her husband, Justin Ervin, underwent a vasectomy so that they would not have any more children, as reported by TMZ in an interview on the “Milk Drunk” podcast by Bobbie, an organic formula company.

Graham and Ervin, 34, married in 2010 and waited nine years before having children, which she says helped them get to know each other better and communicate better.

She said that after having her first child, she was eager to have another, and when she gave birth, it turned out to be twins, but she was not prepared for the sudden consequences of having three children.

She revealed that she nearly died from horrific bleeding while giving birth to her twins last year, after which her husband underwent a vasectomy.

The former “American Beauty Star” host discussed what it was like to transition from having just one child to three, explaining that it was a difficult experience.

Graham shared that the momentary changes in her body due to having children and her body required for work were the hardest things for her.

“I don’t know how it goes from one to two, and actually, when I’m hanging out with the three of them and someone comes to take one out of the equation, I’m like, ‘Wow, two more is easy,'” he joked.

Graham continued, “but I think for me, my body is what changed and made my body part of my work, and it became a topic of conversation and something I’ll talk about for the rest of my life. That’s probably the hardest thing for me.”

Graham and Ervin share sons Isaac, 3, and Roman and Malachi, both single.

Graham, who is known for her body advocacy, shares her complicated birth story Glamor magazinenoting that what she went through “reshaped my relationship with my body.”

The model, who suffered a miscarriage in 2021 before giving birth to twin boys eleven months later, described how she started bleeding and passed out after giving birth.

“I don’t feel good. I think I need to lie down,” Graham recalled telling her midwife, per Daily Mail. “I passed out, and all I remember was feeling a light touch on my cheek, which I later found out was actually someone patting my cheek, someone holding my hand, my husband Justin in my ear, praying, and someone sticking a needle in my arm . And I remember seeing the darkness and what looked like stars.”

She added, “When I finally got out, I looked around and I saw everybody. They just kept telling me, ‘You’re fine. You’re fine. You’re fine.’ They didn’t want to tell me, then, that I had lost a liter of blood.”

On the red carpet of the recent Oscars, Graham had a very awkward interview with veteran actor Hugh Grant, 62.

Graham asked him basic questions like what he was wearing, to which he sarcastically replied, “just my suit,” rather than the usual designer name. “My tailor,” he said when he pressed on who made his suit.

He also tried to compliment her on her brief appearance in Rian Johnson’s “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery,” but the actor didn’t like it as she said, “well I was barely involved. I was in it for three seconds.”

She recently discussed the drama between them, saying she has nothing but love for Grant. “You know what? My mom told me to kill people well, so that’s it,” he said TMZ.
