In a newly posted Instagram Reel, singer and actress Ashley Tisdale, 37, talks about her mental health and how important it is to recognize and focus on your well-being.

“Today is #worldday. It’s so important that we take our struggles with our mental health down to feel supported and be able to learn how we can prioritize our well-being every day,” Tisdale wrote in the Instagram caption. “@Frenshe and @beingfrenshe were created to do just that, and this community we’ve developed together has helped me so much on my mental health journey, and I hope it will for you too. We’ll continue to share stories and tips for anyone who needs them without shame or exaggeration. ?.”

In the video, fans can hear Ashley Tisdale say, “October 10th is World Mental Health Day and I want to talk about mental health for a minute. Since I started paying attention to my mental well-being, I’ve learned how to put my head in the right place better.” The singer and actress lists ways she focuses on her mental health, including yoga and meditation.

Tisdale works with Frenshe to help communities open up, improve themselves and grow together. “This month on Frenshe we’re continuing our conversation around mental health. Find stories that will help you if you’re feeling blue, as well as tips on what to say to a friend who is actually going through it and/or struggling.”

The film stars Zac Efron (Troy Bolton), Vanessa Hudgens (Gabriella Montez), Corbin Bleu (Chad Danforth), Monique Coleman (Taylor McKessie), Ashley Tisdale (Sharpay Evans), and Lucas Grabiel (Ryan Evans), and so on for produced two sequels — “High School Musical 2” (2007) and “High School Musical 3” (2008).

Although the “High School Musical” cast has not been together since the third film, “High School Musical 3,” which debuted in 2008, actress Ashley Tisdale admits they are still in touch.

“Obviously we’re all at different places in life, but the cool thing about each of them is that you can text them and be like ‘hey, I haven’t talked to you in a while’,” Tisdale said on a new podcast -recently. “Lucas [Grabiel] just texted me like a couple of weeks ago, and we were just chatting, and it was like no time passed.”

Tisdale closed by saying, “They’re really all good people and I think we’ve been through something that’s just been a really wild time in our lives and so I think we all remind each other of that.”
